Introduction and Service Purpose

inya7 is a platform offering digital casino services for players in Myanmar. It is built to bring together a wide range of games — including slots, live casino, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, football betting, and crash games — all in one place.

These "Terms of Service" (referred to below as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" / "user") who uses inya7's website, mobile browser, and related services, and inya7 ("we" / "us").

From the moment you access the inya7 website, open an account, make a deposit, or play any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you should not use the website and must close your account.

Account Registration and Responsibility

Registration Requirements

• Each player may only open one account. Only one registration per person is allowed.

• inya7 casino will consider any services delivered to be on behalf of the account holder, and the player is deemed to acknowledge this.

Account Sharing and Transfer

No player may sell, transfer, or rent their account to any third party or company. If this is discovered, inya7 casino has the right to immediately close that account and confiscate any remaining balance.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits

Deposit methods available on the inya7 platform are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks, and deposits below this amount cannot be accepted by the platform. After a successful deposit, the player understands and accepts that their account balance may be credited instantly or, due to technical reasons, with a delay.

If a problem occurs with a deposit, you must contact inya7's 24/7 Live Chat immediately and should not attempt a chargeback — doing so will result in a formal case being filed.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, the player must understand that processing may take longer if a KYC check is involved.

• Withdrawal requests will only be returned to the same payment method the player used to make the deposit.
• If any suspicious financial activity is detected, inya7 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• Winnings linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement attached to that bonus has been fully met.

Currency and Form

All monetary amounts on this platform are handled in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). Any service fees charged by payment service providers are the player's own responsibility.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

The inya7 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To use this bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, and the total amount you need to wager is 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks.

Bonus offers can only be claimed once per player. If accounts are combined in an attempt to claim a bonus multiple times, the associated accounts may be closed.

Bonus Validity Period

Bonus funds can only be used if the wagering requirement is met within the period set by inya7. Once that period expires, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited. inya7's decision on this matter is final.

Bonus Stacking

Bonus promotions can only be active under one offer at a time. If a new offer arrives, an unexpired bonus may be cancelled. Players can check their active promotions and the status of their wagering requirements at any time.

VIP Tier Cashback

The inya7 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% cashback on losses per week, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. The cashback payment date will be set by inya7, and all calculations will be handled solely by inya7's backend system.

Gaming Conduct and Strict Prohibitions

Prohibited Behaviour

Players must avoid the following actions on the inya7 platform—

• Using a digital bot or computer program to play games or place bets on your behalf
• Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses and extract profits through dishonest means
• Illegal money laundering in violation of anti-money laundering (AML) rules
• Threatening or behaving rudely toward inya7 staff or fellow players
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities in the platform application to gain an unfair advantage

If any of these are discovered, inya7 may close that player's account without prior warning and has the right to confiscate any remaining balance.

Game Results

All games including Slots, Live Casino, Crash Game and football betting operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), so every result is completely unpredictable and cannot be controlled or manipulated by anyone. Players understand that inya7 casino cannot be held responsible for any losses.

Personal Data Protection

• If a Court Order or request from a legal authority is received

Self-Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their inya7 account voluntarily can request this via inya7's 24/7 Live Chat or by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be reviewed and, if the amount is valid, it will be returned to the player.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, software, content, code and translations on the inya7 website are the sole intellectual property of inya7. Players are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any part of this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from inya7.

Limitation of Liability

inya7 is not responsible for any money lost, damages, losses or costs arising from a player's casino activity or any action related to casino play. Players acknowledge that casino gaming carries the risk of financial loss and that they should only play with amounts they can afford to lose.
